From 2pm : Welcome drink at the bar/lounge or other area (tbd where and which kind)
7pm-9pm : Dinner : Daily Menu all-in, Self-Service, including drinks
Soup of the Day, Hot- or Cold Starters, Main Course, choice of two Warm Dishes,
Salad Bar, Dessert of the Day Water, Softdrinks, Soda’s, Beer and Wine
9pm – 1am : Bar Dine & Lounge Party up to 1 o’clock at night in Bar Dine & Lounge
Hotel to provide nuts, etc on the tables
Friday 3 September
7.30am-10am : Buffet Breakfast
7pm-9pm : Dinner as Thursday
9.30pm - 2am Party ‘till 02:00 hrs in the morning in Bar Dine & Lounge with DJ provided byVRCC. Hotel provide nuts, etc on the tables

7.30am -10am : Buffet Breakfast
The Birthday Bash Rideout

7pm-9pm : Dinner: BBQ all-in, Self-Service, including Drinks Water, Soft Pils, Soda’s, Beer, Wine from the Barrel Choice of a variety of Meat if a big group
Large piece of pork cutlet BBQ skewers of marinated poultry meat
Bacon from the local area Lamb Chop Hamburger
Vegetarian Dish (Vegetable Brochette or other Dish) .Salad (with, amongst others : corn on the cob) Variety of Buns and Sauces.
9pm: Meeting/Activities outside or in the Hall
